Get a proforma invoice
Confirm the order and we issue a GST proforma invoice with HSN codes, unit price and tax broken out. Everything on it is what a purchase officer needs to raise a PO.

Pay in advance
100% advance, against a GST proforma invoice. We don't offer partial or post-dispatch terms.

We dispatch
We dispatch on payment and send a GST tax invoice with the shipment. Freight is billed to the customer. We quote it separately once we know the delivery pincode and the shipment weight.

Warranty
One year against manufacturing defect from date of invoice. Claims are settled by returning the item to our works to establish the cause of failure.
Returns
We don't accept returns other than for a manufacturing defect, which is covered under the warranty above. Check the code before ordering.
Minimum order
No fixed minimum. We'll quote a single part; whether it ships same-week depends on what's in stock versus what needs to be sourced.

Are there retrofit options for existing equipment?
We don't run a separate retrofit service. We supply parts that fit machines you already have: lubrication components that plumb into the existing circuit, and an MPG receiver that wires into the handwheel input the machine already has. Send us the machine make and model, or the existing part it's replacing, and we'll quote it.
What warranty coverage is available?
Everything we sell is covered by a standard one-year warranty from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects. Claims are handled by returning the item to our works to establish the cause of failure.
