What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to submit one of two forms. We don’t collect anything from you just by your visiting the site.

Contact form (/contact)

Name, email and inquiry type are required. Phone, company, equipment type and a file attachment are optional.

Design worksheet (/lubrication/design-worksheet)

Full name, company, email, equipment type, total lubrication points, preferred lubricant type, and a description of your lubrication points are required. Everything else on the worksheet is optional.

How it’s processed

Both forms submit directly from your browser to EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service, which relays the message and any attachment to mail@amagcnc.com. We don’t run our own server or database for form submissions. EmailJS is the only third party that ever receives what you type into these forms.

Retention and deletion

We keep enquiry emails and attachments indefinitely, as ordinary business correspondence, the same way we’d keep a letter or a purchase order. If you want your information deleted, email mail@amagcnc.com and we will remove it.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to know what personal data of yours we hold, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to erase it. For the two forms on this site, we handle all three requests the same way: email mail@amagcnc.com. This section describes what we actually do with your information, it is not a claim of certified compliance.
