Frequently asked questions
Can AMAG match the output of my existing system?
Yes. Once you send the required dose per point, number of points and operating pressure, AMAG configures the distributor and pump to deliver that output, not a generic default.
Can AMAG supply pump, tubing and distributors together?
Yes. Every replacement package includes the pump, distributor, tubing, fittings and, where the circuit needs it, a pressure switch or timer, configured as one set rather than sold as separate parts you have to match yourself.
Can AMAG adapt fittings and tubing to an existing machine?
Yes. Tubing and fittings are selected to suit the port threads and layout already on your machine, including adapters where the existing installation uses a different thread standard.
How does AMAG select the correct distributor?
By lubrication method first (resistance, volumetric or progressive), then by outlet count and dose per point against your stated output, so the distributor AMAG configures does the same job your existing one does.
How quickly can AMAG prepare a replacement configuration?
Once the nameplate details and required output are in hand, AMAG will return a recommended configuration and quotation, covering the pump, distributor, tubing, fittings and control arrangement.
