U-Shaped Integrated Progressive Distributor

The U-Shaped Integrated Progressive Distributor is a one-piece progressive valve for 4 to 12 lubrication points, in R and M builds, each point fed a fixed 0.3 ml per cycle.
How it works
Each trunk piston set delivers its fixed volume to a point using the hydraulic pressure produced by the progressive action of the set before it, so the points are fed strictly in sequence and every point is proved by the fact that the next one gets fed.
Supply the valve with lubricant at pressure and the sequence runs continuously; stop the supply and every piston set stops where it is, resuming from that same point when pressure returns.
Because the body is integrated rather than assembled from separate blocks, there are no inter-block joints to leak and no cumulative assembly dimension to verify before machining a mounting. R models have no cycling feedback switch; M models carry one, so the controller or PLC can confirm the valve is actually cycling rather than merely being fed.

The number in the model code is the outlet count, not the dose. Dose is fixed at 0.3 ml per cycle on every model.

The integrated body carries no cumulative assembly dimension, but we hold no dimensioned drawing for it. Ask us before machining a mounting.

Before you order
- The dose is fixed at 0.3 ml per point. Where points need different doses, use an SD block assembly instead.
- Progressive means sequential: one blocked point stops the whole valve. That is the design intent: fit the safety valve at the pump and watch it.
