Resistance Lubrication System
Oil or grease is metered to each point through a fixed flow restriction rather than a mechanical valve.
AMAG's resist-type distributors run the same restriction-based, single-line proportioning duty, driven by a TZ, HL or NKHY hand pump built without a pressure take-off mechanism, the same pairing AMAG's own datasheets specify for these distributors.

Volumetric Lubrication System (DT / DX / DFA)
Piston distributors deliver a pre-measured, fixed dose of oil or grease per outlet per pump cycle.
AMAG's volumetric distributors (34 Type, 35 Type, RH3 Type) work on the same fixed-dose, positive-displacement principle, driven by a TZ or HL pump. The 35 Type and RH3 Type also run grease builds (RH3's G/GH) on the same principle. Click through for the pump each pairs with on that build. The 35 Type's M12×1 port also needs a PD35612 / PD35812 adapter from AMAG's fittings range to take standard tube.

DU-series Progressive Distributor
Sequential piston blocks discharge to each outlet in turn, each completing its stroke before the next fires.

Frequently asked questions
Is an AMAG pump a direct replacement for my ISHAN part?
Sometimes, but not automatically: output pressure, discharge rate and port thread all have to match before it's a safe swap. Send the nameplate code and a photo and we'll confirm rather than guess.
What should I send to get an answer?
The full code stamped on the nameplate, plus a clear photo of the plate itself. Lubrication pump and distributor order codes carry suffixes (outlet count, pressure class, voltage) that change the spec, and a partial code is a guess either way.
Is ISHAN's SD distributor the same as AMAG's SD2 Type?
No. Despite the shared "SD" letters, ISHAN's SD-series (SD-1 through SD-5) is an oil-mist spray distributor, mixing oil and air into a fine mist. AMAG's SD2 Type is a progressive-block grease distributor, a different mechanism entirely, and AMAG doesn't carry an oil-mist equivalent. If your machine runs ISHAN's DU-series progressive distributor instead, that's the one that matches; tell us on WhatsApp either way and we'll confirm rather than guess.
