The 34 Type Volumetric Distributor is a compact pressure-type volumetric distributor for precise, metered lubricant delivery in centralised lubrication systems. Built with 2, 3, 4 or 5 outlets, each dispensing a fixed, measured volume per cycle. Suited to small CNC machines and light-duty equipment needing reliable multi-point lubrication from a single pump.

How it works

The block injects oil out when system pressure increases and refills when system pressure decreases, which makes it a volume type cycle lubrication component rather than a spring-return one. The dose reaches the point at line pressure.

Dose is set per outlet at manufacture. Suitable where points resist flow but the required volume is small.

How to read the order code

3451034 type, five outlets, 0.1 ml per cycle at every outlet. Leaving positions 4 to 7 blank is what makes every outlet the same, the build we stock.

Discharge capacity, 2nd outlet: Blank = same capacity as the 1st outlet
Discharge capacity, 3rd outlet: Blank = 2-outlet block, or all outlets the same
Discharge capacity, 4th outlet: Blank = 2- or 3-outlet block, or all outlets the same

Before you order

We stock blocks with the same discharge capacity at every outlet. A block with a different dose per outlet is a special order: ask before quoting one.
Maximum dose is 0.16 ml per outlet. Where a point needs more, specify a 35 type.
Oil only. For grease use the 35 type or the RH-3 G / GH build.

Warranty

One year against manufacturing defect from date of invoice.
