TZ Type Oil Lubrication Pump

The TZ Type Motor-Driven Lubrication Pump is the general-purpose motor-driven oil pump in the range, available on single-phase and three-phase supply. Supplied in 2L and 4L high-strength plastic reservoirs (metal reservoir custom-made on request), with three timer configurations: no timer, built-in dual-timer module, or NK-3 digital display with press buttons for precise interval control.
How it works
A special alloy-steel gear set draws oil from the reservoir and delivers it to the main line at 15 kgf/cm² rated, 25 kgf/cm² maximum, with volumetric efficiency of 75% or better. Self-absorbing performance is good enough that the pump can sit above the oil level.
The build decides the circuit. With the pressure take-off mechanism the pump cycles positive-displacement volumetric distributors, delivering a dosed volume to each point. Without it, the pump feeds resist-type distributors, delivering oil to each point in proportion.
A level switch is fitted as standard; a pressure switch is available. Fitted with both, the pump detects system pressure and oil level and integrates intermittence, operation and alarm functions automatically, on its own timer module or from the machine's PLC.

Before you order
- State voltage, reservoir size and take-off requirement on the order. None of the three is a field-change.
- A pump ordered T (without take-off) will not cycle a volumetric distributor. Points will be starved with no visible fault.
- Metal reservoirs are custom-made. Specify at time of order.
- TZ-2211, TZ-3211, TZ-2231 and TZ-3231 (the 100 V single-phase timer and digital display codes) are made to order and not held in stock. MOQ and lead time are confirmed at quotation.

One year against manufacturing defect from date of invoice.
