35 Type Volumetric Distributor
Also sold as the 35 Type Pressurised Volume Distributor

The 35 Type Pressurised Volume Distributor injects oil when system pressure rises and refills when pressure drops, making it ideal for volumetric cycle lubrication systems. Available in 2, 3, 5, and 6 outlet configurations, with a discharge capacity from 0.1 to 0.6 ml per cycle chosen to match the lubrication requirement of the machine points it feeds. Widely used across printing, packaging, and machine tool industries.
How it works
Three stages per cycle. One: pressure take-off complete and the dose accumulated, waiting to feed. Two: the pump raises pressure and the rationed dose is fed to the points. Three: pressure is taken off in the main tube, the piston restores and fresh lubricant enters the piston chamber.
Because delivery is driven by line pressure rather than by a spring, the same block handles NLGI 00# and 000# grease as well as oil, the only distributor in the range that does both at full dose.

M12×1 needs a PD35612 or PD35812 adapter for connection with Ø8 or Ø6 main tube at both ends. Order the adapters with the block.

How to read the order code

- Number of outlets
- 2 · 3 · 5 · 6
- Discharge capacity, 1st outlet
- 10 = 0.1 ml · 20 = 0.2 · 40 = 0.4 · 6 = 0.6 ml/time

- Blank = all outlets have the same capacity
- Discharge capacity, 3rd outlet
- Blank = 2-outlet block, or all outlets the same
- Discharge capacity, 4th outlet
- Blank = 2- or 3-outlet block, or all outlets the same
- Discharge capacity, 5th outlet
- Blank = 2- or 3-outlet block, or all outlets the same
- Discharge capacity, 6th outlet
- Blank = 2-, 3- or 5-outlet block, or all outlets the same
Before you order
- We stock blocks with the same discharge capacity at every outlet. A block with a different dose per outlet is a special order: ask before quoting one.
- Grease builds take NLGI 00# or 000# only. A stiffer grade will stall the piston.
- Grease needs 30 – 40 kgf/cm² to guarantee action, roughly three times the oil figure. Size the pump accordingly.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defect from date of invoice.
How it pairs
The 35 Type Volumetric Distributor is commonly specified alongside the TZ Type Oil Lubrication Pump, the HL Type Oil Lubrication Pump, the GM Type Grease Lubrication Pump, and the PJ Series Motor-Driven Grease Pump. That is the same recommendation carried on its own datasheet, not a generic same-category suggestion.

Industry applications

Ways, ball screws and LM guides on machining centres, turning centres and routers: metered oil to every point, and a wireless handwheel for the setter.

Tie bars, toggle pins and platens on horizontal and vertical machines: oil or semi-fluid grease, metered per point and re-metered every cycle.

Rolling mills, forging presses, mining and material handling plant, excavators and cranes: points that are hard to reach and easy to forget.
