The GM Type Motor-Driven Grease Lubrication Pump is engineered for heavy-duty automatic grease lubrication applications. Motor-driven for consistent and reliable operation, it provides continuous metered grease delivery to all machine points from a 2L or 4L reservoir. It pairs with 35-type pressurised volume distributors, which raise system pressure to 35 kgf/cm² for complete grease lubrication, with a pressure switch action pressure of 30 kgf/cm² for that configuration. Equipped with a 24VDC grease level switch and pressure switch for system monitoring, it integrates with PLC or machine control systems via standard terminal connections.
How it works
A special alloy-steel gear set gives stable output pressure and low noise at 90 W, nominal 3.5 MPa and maximum 5.0 MPa. That is enough to cycle a 35 type pressure volume distributor or a progressive distributor, feeding each point in dose or in sequence.
A grease level sensor detects inadequate grease and alarms without external wiring. A point-action switch lubricates the machine at any moment between cycles. With a pressure switch fitted the pump provides a pressure signal for automatic control from the main unit; with the automatic pressure take-off device fitted it forms a complete moderate-pressure circuit with the 35 type distributor.
