How AMAG selects a circuit

Every lubrication circuit AMAG specs starts from three questions: what the machine needs at the point, oil or grease; how the points are fed; and what proves a dose actually arrived. CNC machining centres and injection moulding machines index through a cycle, so their ways, ball screws, tie bars and toggle pins run on a metered, per-cycle dose. Volumetric distributors such as RH-2 and RH3 store that dose and carry a signal pin that confirms delivery outlet by outlet, while pressure-volumetric distributors (34 and 35 type) drive the dose to points, like tie bars and toggle pins, that resist flow at spring pressure alone.

Escalators and conveyors do not index, they run continuously, so their step chains and sprockets are fed by resist-type distributors that proportion oil for as long as the pump runs, split by a calibrated restriction rather than metered per stroke. Wind turbine and heavy machinery bearings sit in the high pressure progressive class: a ZJ piston pump feeds a master distributor, which feeds secondary distributors, which feed the points in strict sequence at up to 30 MPa, so a blocked point stops the whole assembly and raises system pressure instead of silently starving one bearing. Grease covers the two continuous duty classes, escalators run on oil, and CNC and moulding split between the two depending on the point.
