NKGH Type Manual Grease Pump

The NKGH Type Manual Grease Pump is the hand-operated pump in the grease range, worked by reciprocating the handle so no electrical supply is needed anywhere in the circuit. It is also the pump used to refill a PJ series reservoir.
How it works
Reciprocating the handle delivers grease to a grease separator or to a dosing distributor, and from there to each lubrication point. On a resist-type circuit the grease is delivered in proportion; on a U type or SD progressive circuit the metered charge is delivered to each point in sequence.
Two outlets are provided, one covered by a blank plug. Remove whichever suits the installation: left, right or both. On a progressive circuit only one outlet may be used.

Installation notes
The NKGH ships with both outlets open, left and right on M10×1, and a blank plug to cap whichever one the installation doesn't use. On a progressive circuit, fed through a U type or SD distributor, use one outlet only and plug the other, or the sequence breaks. It carries no pressure take-off mechanism, so it cannot cycle a volumetric distributor. Mount it ahead of a progressive block instead, or keep one on hand to top up a PJ pump's reservoir by hand.
How to read the order code
- Code of lubrication pump
- NKGH
- Discharge capacity
- 10 = 1.2 cc/st · 18 = 1.8 cc/st
- Reservoir capacity
- 04 = 0.5 L · 08 = 1 L
Before you order
- On a progressive circuit use one outlet only, with the second left plugged. Two live outlets break the progressive sequence.
- No pressure take-off mechanism. It cannot cycle an RH, 34 or 35 type volumetric distributor.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defect from date of invoice.
How it pairs
The NKGH Type Manual Grease Pump is commonly specified alongside the U-Shaped Integrated Progressive Distributor and the SD2 Type Progressive Grease Distributor. That is the same recommendation carried on its own datasheet, not a generic same-category suggestion.
Used on
Industry applications

Ways, ball screws and LM guides on machining centres, turning centres and routers: metered oil to every point, and a wireless handwheel for the setter.

Rolling mills, forging presses, mining and material handling plant, excavators and cranes: points that are hard to reach and easy to forget.
Frequently asked questions
Can the NKGH feed a volumetric distributor like the RH-3?
No. It has no pressure take-off mechanism, which a volumetric distributor needs to re-meter. Pair it with a U type or SD progressive distributor instead.
What else is the NKGH used for besides feeding a circuit?
It's also the pump used to refill a PJ series pump's reservoir by hand.
How many outlets does it use at once?
Both, left and right, in general use. On a progressive circuit, one only, with the other plugged to keep the sequence intact.
