HL Type Oil Lubrication Pump

The HL Type Motor-Driven Lubrication Pump is the higher-flow single-phase pump in the motor-driven oil range, rated 15 kgf/cm² with a maximum of 25 kgf/cm². Ordered with or without the pressure take-off mechanism, in a 2 L or 4 L reservoir.
How it works
The same gear-pump principle as the TZ at a wider volumetric flow rate, so one HL can serve a longer main line or a larger distributor group. Rated 15 kgf/cm², maximum 25 kgf/cm², volumetric flow rate 75% or better.
With the pressure take-off mechanism the pump forms a positive-displacement inspecting volumetric system, dosing oil to each point through a volumetric distributor. Without it, it forms a resist-type system, delivering oil in proportion to each point.
Level switch standard, pressure switch to order. Together they let the pump detect system pressure and oil level and integrate intermittence, operation and alarm.

Before you order
- HL is single-phase only, 100 V or 200 V. For three-phase supply specify a TZ.
- The pressure take-off mechanism is built in at manufacture. State the distributor type on the order.
- Metal reservoirs are custom-made. Specify at time of order.
