TCJ/TCZ Resist Type Distributor
Also sold as the TCJ / TCZ Restriction Resist-Type Proportion Distributor

The TCJ/TCZ Type Restriction Resist-Type Proportion Distributors use a built-in filter screen and single-side valve with a precision damping hole to throttle and control oil flow. They deliver oil proportionally to each lubrication point, making them ideal for resist-type lubrication systems where flow is distributed in ratio rather than fixed volume. TCJ and TCZ each come in five graded flow sizes, 1 through 16, and differ only in outlet thread: TCJ takes M8×1, TCZ takes R1/8. Both share an M8×1 inlet.
How it works
Flow is set by throttling through a damping hole, so oil divides between points in a fixed ratio for as long as the pump runs. A built-in filter screen protects the damping hole and a single-side valve fixes the flow direction. Fit it the right way round.
Because the restrictor sits in the line rather than in a manifold, points can be added or re-proportioned one at a time by changing a single fitting.
Specifications
Model matrix by order code
TZJ / TZZ through resist-type distributors have ten times the unit flow of the TCJ / TCZ restriction type. Do not substitute one for the other.
Dimensions

Dimensions in millimetres. Confirm critical dimensions with us before machining a mounting.
Before you order
- Viscosity range is 20 – 50 cst, narrower than the volumetric families. A heavier oil changes the proportion between points.
- Directional. Fit with the arrow following the flow or the single-side valve will close against you.
- TZJ / TZZ are ten times the flow. Check which series the machine was built with before replacing one.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defect from date of invoice.
How it pairs
The TCJ/TCZ Resist Type Distributor is commonly specified alongside the NKHY / PH Hand Type Oil Pump, the TZ Type Oil Lubrication Pump, the HL Type Oil Lubrication Pump, and the VK / VM Resist-Type Distributor. That is the same recommendation carried on its own datasheet, not a generic same-category suggestion.
Used on
Industry applications

Step chains, sprockets and rollers on continuous-duty runs: oil proportioned to every point while the machine runs, so nobody has to reach into the truss.

Ways, ball screws and LM guides on machining centres, turning centres and routers: metered oil to every point, and a wireless handwheel for the setter.
