TK Adjustable Resist-Type Proportion Distributor

The TK Adjustable Resist-Type Proportion Distributor is the oil distributor to specify when the dose per point is not settled yet: a new machine design, a plant that re-tools frequently, or a circuit whose point demand is not yet known. Built with 2 to 10 outlets; block length runs 47 mm at two outlets to 167 mm at ten, on an M10×1 main tube.
How it works
Each outlet carries an adjustable needle, so the proportion between points is set during commissioning and re-set later without changing any parts. That is the difference from a VK or a TCJ, where the proportion is fixed by the restriction fitted at manufacture.
The block is a resist-type distributor: flow divides continuously between the outlets for as long as the pump runs, in the ratio the needles are set to. Dose per point is a function of run time, not cycle count.
Block length A and hole centres B grow with outlet count, from 47 and 37 mm at two outlets to 167 and 157 mm at ten. All main tube ports are M10×1 for Ø6 tube.

- Proportional, not metered. Where a point needs a stated volume per cycle, specify RH-3 or 35 type instead.
