ZJ Series High Pressure Piston Grease Pump

The ZJ Series High Pressure Piston Grease Pump is the 30 MPa pump in the piston grease range, for progressive circuits on engineering and mobile plant. Ordered with one or two piston mechanisms, under time-programme or time-travel control.
How it works
A DC motor continuously drives an eccentric mechanism whose piston reciprocates to pump and deliver grease; an integrated check valve prevents backflow from the main line. The paddle presses grease from the reservoir along the grease baffler into the suction section at the pump base, and releases entrained air through the grease buffer and exhaust vent. The safety valve is preset at 30 MPa.
Each outlet needs its own piston mechanism and the pump accepts up to two. Two mechanisms are available: ZJ-3602-05 with fixed output and ZJ-3602-05V with variable output.
Control is either time-programme (ZJ-3602-08-02A) or time-travel (ZJ-3602-08-02B), on the pump's own controller or from the machine's PLC. A pressure switch gives a pressure signal and a liquid level switch a level signal, so the circuit can be monitored at distance.
Specifications
Model matrix by order code
Larger PC reservoirs (3, 4, 8 L) and metal reservoirs (2, 4 L) carry their own model numbers. State the capacity and material when ordering.
Dimensions
Ask us for the dimensioned drawing before machining a mounting.
Before you order
- Grease up to NLGI 2# only. The precision piston pair will be destroyed by sand, abrasive slurry or contaminated grease.
- One piston mechanism per outlet, maximum two. A third outlet is not a field addition.
- IP55: not sealed against direct washdown. Site the pump accordingly.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defect from date of invoice.
How it pairs
The ZJ Series High Pressure Piston Grease Pump is commonly specified alongside the SD2 Type Progressive Grease Distributor and the U-Shaped Integrated Progressive Distributor. That is the same recommendation carried on its own datasheet, not a generic same-category suggestion.
Used on
Industry applications

Main, pitch, blade and yaw bearings and the generator: the high pressure progressive class, where full pump pressure reaches every point in turn.

Rolling mills, forging presses, mining and material handling plant, excavators and cranes: points that are hard to reach and easy to forget.
