RH-2 Inspecting Volumetric Distributor

The RH-2 Inspecting Volumetric Distributor is the first-generation inspecting volumetric block for oil circuits. Built with 2, 3 or 5 outlets, each set independently to a dose between 0.03 and 0.3 ml per cycle.
How it works
Oil from the main line charges each piston chamber and compresses its spring, measuring and accumulating the dose. When main-line pressure is taken off, the spring injects that measured dose into the branch tube and on to the lubrication point.
A signal pin on each outlet extends while the chamber is charging and retracts on delivery, so a working circuit can be confirmed by eye without instruments, the same inspecting principle the RH-3 carries forward.
Each outlet is set to its own dose at manufacture, so one block can feed points with different demands. The dose codes are quoted in outlet order as part of the model number.

- 03 = 0.03 ml · 06 = 0.06 · 10 = 0.1 · 20 = 0.2 · 30 = 0.3 ml/cyc
- One dose code only
- Every outlet takes that dose: RH-2503 is five outlets at 0.03 ml
Before you order
- Specify RH-3 instead for new designs: same principle, higher action pressure (12 – 15 kgf/cm²) and a four-outlet option.
- The pump must have a pressure take-off mechanism. Without pressure relief the spring never injects and no dose reaches the point.
