MTA-150 Thin Oil Lubrication Pump

The MTA-150 Thin Oil Lubrication Pump is the low-cost thin-oil pump in the range, for medium and small machinery. Available with a microcomputer option for on-pump timing. Pressure, discharge and reservoir figures are confirmed against your point count at the time of order.

How it works

Built for medium and small machinery where cost per circuit matters: CNC machines and machining centres, injection moulding machines, production lines, textile and woodworking machinery.

The liquid level switch and the optional pressure switch connect to the host controller, so actuation, interval and alarm are handled as one integrated function rather than as three separate ones.

With the microcomputer option, run and interval times are set freely on the pump itself. An abnormal condition raises a buzzer and an output, with both NO and NC interfaces provided, so the machine can stop or flag on a lubrication fault.

Installation notes

The MTA-150 ships sized to the circuit it is quoted for: discharge, pressure and reservoir are all confirmed against your point count at order time rather than picked off a table, so specifying one starts with telling us the machine and the number of lube points rather than reading a drawing. The level switch is fitted as standard and wires straight into the host control.

The microcomputer option, when specified, sets run and interval on the pump itself rather than the host controller, with a buzzer and an NO/NC output for an abnormal condition. Where the circuit needs a published discharge figure to size against rather than one confirmed to order, a TZ or HL pump is the better fit.
