ZD Type Medium Pressure Grease Pump

The ZD Type Middle Pressure Piston Grease Pump is the 18 MPa pump in the piston grease range. Ordered with one to three piston mechanisms and a vehicle-mounted or remote controller, for progressive grease circuits.
How it works
Built on the motor-driven piston grease pump platform with a vehicle-mounted controller (a remote controller is optional) and rated at 18 MPa, between the low pressure AP and the high pressure ZJ.
One to three piston mechanisms can be fitted, each specified at 1.2, 2.4 or 4.0 ml/min. An oil scraper releases air from the grease as the paddle turns. Pressure and liquid level switches allow long-distance monitoring.
Combined with an SD2 modular block progressive distributor, it injects a quantitative charge of grease within the injection time to each lubrication point.

Before you order
- 18 MPa, not 30. Do not substitute a ZD for a ZJ on a circuit designed around 30 MPa.
- Discharge per piston mechanism is fixed at manufacture. Specify 1.2, 2.4 or 4.0 ml/min per outlet on the order.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defect from date of invoice.
