DK Type Single Distributor
The DK Type Single Distributor meters one point from one small body. It is for the point a block distributor cannot reach: a single remote bearing, a point added after commissioning, or a machine with no room for a manifold. Five doses from 0.05 to 0.5 ml, in oil and grease (G suffix) builds.
How it works
The DK is a single-outlet volumetric distributor in a body small enough to sit at the lubrication point itself. It meters the same way a block does (charge on line pressure, deliver on take-off), but for one point only.
Used with PA and PB fittings on Ø4 tube, and combinable with a TH type connector, so a single awkward point gets a stated dose per cycle without running a branch back to a manifold. That makes it the usual answer for a point added after commissioning.
Five doses are available from 0.05 to 0.5 ml per cycle. Body length grows with dose, from 46.5 mm at 0.05 and 0.1 ml to 65.5 mm at 0.5 ml.

Before you order
- Oil 20 – 500 cst; grease NLGI 000# and 00# only, and only on the G models.
- The pump must have a pressure take-off mechanism, as with any volumetric distributor. Without pressure relief the piston never returns and no dose is delivered.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defect from date of invoice.
